FAQ’S & RETURNS

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Apple Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes! All online orders shipping will have sales tax applied at checkout.

When will you fulfill and ship my order?
Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:

2-7 bus. days for apparel products
2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)
*Please be aware some items are part of special orders for churches/organizations. If so, these items may be delivered all at one time. 

Shipping time is separate from fulfillment. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. Please note: During times of high volume, i.e. holidays or a large event, our processing and shipping time may be greater than 48 hours. Deliveries may be delayed due to USPS carrier issues or weather conditions.

Some orders are for pick-up only for special events.

Can I track my shipment?
Some orders have tracking, others do not. It depends by item. 

If so, as soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included. It may end up in a spam folder, so check there if you don’t receive it in a timely manner. Please enter your email address to receive updates.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you can request expedited shipping at checkout. Remember, this doesn’t include fulfillment time. See above for fulfillment details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We gladly ship to most countries outside of the United States. Be aware that shipping times will not be the same as they are domestically. The purchaser will be responsible for any additional customs charges, duties, or fees upon delivery.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

The post office says my order has been delivered, but there’s no package! Help!

What do I do if I received an item that is flawed or damaged?
We got you! Did you receive an item that has hole, seam pop or slightly off print? Mistakes happen, it’s not personal and very rare. We can fix it! Reach out to theshop.chm@gmail.com and we’ll get you a replacement.

I received the wrong item in my order. How do I get the item I ordered?
We’re terribly sorry for the mix-up and any inconvenience! Please reach out to theshop.chm@gmail.com.  We’ll get it all corrected!

My order is missing an item! How do I get the item I ordered?

Can I pick up my order from your shipping warehouse?
No, we don’t offer pick up service at this time.

I forgot to use my discount code at checkout, can you apply the discount and refund me for the difference?
Sorry, due to the nature of our check-out system we cannot apply discounts after a purchase.

I have a coupon; can I use it on a sale item?
Sorry, our coupons are only valid on regularly priced items.

How do your shirts fit? 
They fit great! If you’re not sure what size to get or if you’re in-between sizes, we recommend you order one size up. 

Do you carry sizes larger than 3X?
Yes! We understand that people come in all shapes and sizes.  We carry most of our Mens/Unisex items up to 3X.

Will my new shirts shrink after I wash them?
We print on pre-shrunk shirts.  We still recommend washing in cool water and hang dry or tumble dry on low to prevent additional shrinkage.

Do you wholesale?
We’re always excited to hear from new retailers. To be considered for a wholesale account, please send an email to theshop.chm@gmail.com.

How can I sell my products in your store?
If you would like to carry your products in your retail stores, please email theshop.chm@gmail.com to discuss further and ask for a vendor application.

I have a great design idea that’s going to be the next big thing!—how do I submit?
We love that you are as passionate about sharing your ideas as we are! We always enjoy hearing customers ideas and suggestions, reach out to us at theshop.chm@gmail.com so we can talk!

Do you offer custom services? Design or screen printing?
Yes, we offer custom design services from our talented design team for a fee. Please contact us for details and a quote at theshop.chm@gmail.com

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our online store, we are unable to make exchanges for items purchased online. If you have a particular reason for needing an exchange, please contact us at theshop.chm@gmail.com and we can discuss some options.

Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged or misprinted, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!

Wrong size:
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Once an order is completed, the sale is final. We usually begin printing shirts within 24-48 hours of purchase. 

If there is a reason you need a refund and we have not started printing, we can refund your order minus transition fees (~3.5%). Get in touch with us ASAP at hello@thechurch.shop and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.

We do not operate as a for-profit organization. Any losses greatly reduce the impact we can have for churches and the Kingdom.
