FAQ's & Returns

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through our payment processor Stripe & Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax?
Some states, yes. Others, no. Just depends on the tax laws and our organization.

When will you fulfill and ship my order?
Fulfillment times are about 5-10 days depending on the method. Shipping is about 3-5 days. On average expect your item to arrive in about 2 weeks. See our shipping and fulfillment info.

Please note: During times of high volume, i.e. holidays or a large event, our processing and shipping time may be extended. Deliveries may be delayed due to USPS carrier issues or weather conditions.

Can I track my shipment?
Most orders have tracking, you can find the tracking number on your account when the item moves from "Being Fulfilled" to completed(Shipped). 

Do you offer expedited shipping?
For bulk orders or exceptions where you may need rush shipping. Please email us directly.  

What is your return policy?
We do not take returns.

The post office says my order has been delivered, but there's no package! Help!

What do I do if I received an item that is flawed or damaged?
We got you! Did you receive an item that has hole, seam pop or off-print? Mistakes happen, it's not personal and very rare. We can fix it! Reach out to [email protected] and we'll get you a replacement.

I received the wrong item in my order. How do I get the item I ordered?
We’re terribly sorry for the mix-up and any inconvenience! Please reach out to [email protected].  We'll get it all corrected!

Can I pick up my order from your shipping warehouse?
No, we don't offer pick up service at this time.

I forgot to use my discount code at checkout, can you apply the discount and refund me for the difference?
Sorry, due to the nature of our check-out system we cannot apply discounts after a purchase.

How do your shirts fit?
As with any store, online or not, not all garments are the same. Some might run smaller or fit looser, even if they’re the same size. It’s important to take a look at the size guide to understand how the particular garment will fit. Our team always tries to note down where we know that a garment runs smaller than usual, but if you discover inconsistent sizing issues with a garment, let us know.


Do you carry sizes larger than 3X?
We understand that people come in all shapes and sizes.  We can offer special orders for sizes above the listed ones on the garment. However, in some cases, a manufacturer may not offer a larger size.  

Will my new shirts shrink after I wash them?
Most of our items are pre-shrunk.  We still recommend washing in cool water and hang dry or tumble dry on low to prevent additional shrinkage and keep your designs fresh!

Do you offer custom services? Design or screen printing?
Yes, we offer custom design services from our talented design team for a fee. Please contact us for details and a quote at [email protected]. Bulk orders are typically screen printed but that depends on the design. 


 
Returns & Exchanges

The Church Shop is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you or your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, The Church Shop offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by completed the "Submit Issue" form below  and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. You may send video via the Submit issue form below or to [email protected].

Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, The Church Shop will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. 

Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged or misprinted, then please get in touch with a photo within two weeks time!

Wrong size or color:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

Once an order is completed, the sale is final. We usually begin the fulfillment processes within 24 hours of purchase. 

If there is a reason you need a refund and we have not started printing, we have the right to refund your order minus transition fees (~3.5%). Get in touch with us ASAP at [email protected] and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Submit Issue 

 

Please provide photo or video details of your concern for damaged or incorrect sizing. 

• For damaged, stained and/or misprinted items, send a photo of the whole garment AND a close up of the issue. 

• For size issues that are different smaller than sizing listed on product pages, please submit the following that apply: 
     1. Photo of tag of garment showing brand and size
     2. Photo with tape measure from neck to bottom of garment
     3. Photo with tape measure from left to right at the chest
     4. Photo of damage
